I love helping families in my hometown of Salt Lake City, Ut. But I wanted to do more. So New Life Bodywork was born with the goal of being able to reach more families.

Infant massage can help with so many of the common struggles parents find with new babies: restlessness, colic, constipation, reflux and more.

But more than that, infant massage helps parents bond with their new babies. From the mom who is struggling with postpartum depression or anxiety to the new dad who unsure of how to hold and comfort his new baby; infant massage can help.

Taking a few minutes every day to spend focused time learning and comforting your new baby will help your whole family as you get used to your new life.

Hi, I’m Melissa Olson.

I've been a licensed massage therapist for 5 years. 4 years prior to that I was a birth and postpartum doula in the Salt Lake City area. My love for pregnancy and babies runs deep. I have loved being able to help families as they embark on a new chapter of life. But I have felt I was missing out on an opportunity to do more. It was with that thought that I began to embark on learning the skill of infant massage. The name New Life Bodywork leaves so much room for growth while I develop my new vision.
